1. WHAT TYPES OF STONE DO YOU OFFER? 

We specialize in high-quality calacatta, quartz, granite, and marble suitable for kitchen countertops, vanities, wall cladding, and other premium interior applications.

2. WHERE ARE YOU PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED? 

All products are manufactured at our factory in Vietnam, following international standards. Finished stone slabs are shipped to our head office and warehouse in Hawaii, ready for fast local delivery and processing.

3. DO YOU KEEP STOCK AVAILABLE IN HAWAII? 

Yes. We maintain a ready inventory of pre-fabricated stone slabs at our Hawaii warehouse. These are pre-cut to standard sizes and available for immediate delivery​

4. CAN YOU CUT ACCORDING TO MY SPECIFIC SINK OR COOKTOP DIMENSIONS? 

Yes — and quickly. In addition to our fabrication facility in Vietnam, we also have on-site machinery in Hawaii, allowing us to custom cut stone locally based on your design or measurement requirements, including sink cutouts, cooktop holes, and edge finishes. This ensures a fast turnaround and high precision.​

5. DO YOU OFFER FULLY CUSTOMIZED COUNTERTOPS FOR HOMES? 

Absolutely. Whether you’re renovating or building new, we offer fully customized countertops, tailored to your desired size, shape, color, thickness, and finish. We work with both individual homeowners and interior designers to bring unique visions to life.​

6. I’M A CONTRACTOR OR ARCHITECT. DO YOU OFFER TRADE, PRICING OR PROJECT SUPPORT?

Yes. We offer special B2B pricing, flexible terms for volume orders, and personalized support for builders, designers, and architects. We also help you manage project timelines with local stock and fast fabrication.​

7. HOW FAST CAN YOU DELIVER? 

  • In-stock items in Hawaii: 1–3 days

  • Custom cut (local fabrication): 3–7 days

  • Custom orders from Vietnam: 4–6 weeks, depending on shipping schedule

8. WHERE CAN I VIEW SAMPLES? 

Our Hawaii showroom offers hands-on experience with our latest designs and colors. We also offer on-site sample consultations for project planning and material selection.

9. DO YOU OFFER INSTALLATION? 

Just call us with your kitchen measurements — our expert team will handle everything from fabrication to installation, working closely with trusted local installers to make the process effortless for you.

10. ARE YOUR STONES DURABLE AND RESISTANT TO STAINING? 

Yes. Our stones are treated with professional sealing and finishing techniques, making them resistant to moisture, staining, and wear. With proper care, your countertops will maintain their beauty for years.
